For our Retail Operating Company at the service station [SOCAR Name], we are looking for a success-orientated and motivated person to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Customer advice and active selling
- Creating and maintaining sales readiness for the shop and petrol station
- In the absence of the Regional Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for the station (authority to issue instructions)
- Production: baking and refining freshly prepared products
- Preparation of goods and sales readiness
- Compliance with safety regulations / HACCP in accordance with internal & external guidelines
- Escalation level for customer complaints
- Cleaning work according to cleaning plan
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in retail or system catering
- Team player and able to form and lead a team
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to grasp things quickly and work accurately
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- Mobility (own car - driving licence cat. B) absolutely necessary
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings and nights
- Good verbal communication in German is a prerequisite
